GoogleWould highly recommend 100%. Throughout my whole selling process they have been very supportive and done everything that needed to be done asap. Sarah went above and beyond in helping us sell our proerty and move on, had alot of ups and downs but she continued to help us all the way through. Thank you so much it has been a long process but your team has beeb fantastic.

GoogleTerrible and unprofessional customer service! I had a property viewing booked for Saturday which I was travelling from London to Birmingham for and was told on the morning when I was on the motorway that my viewing has been cancelled as an offer has been accepted by the seller. This is completely unacceptable and a big waste of my time! Was liaising with Aminah Qayyum who arranged the viewing and was not apologetic when letting me know it’s been cancelled. Why did my viewing not go ahead before the other offer was relayed to the seller? Especially as my viewing was in a few hours time. Avoid this unprofessional establishment at all costs.
Greetings Sir, I can only apologies on behalf of the vendor here. However we did inform you at the earliest of the cancellation once the vendor had decided to accept the offer. When a vendor chooses to accept is beyond of our control and we have to act upon their instructions. Your viewings was after 2pm and we did inform you just after 10pm. We agree this is a short notice, but again not a decision we undertake. Management

AVOID AT ALL COST !! They have decieved a friend of mine who was very close to securing a property with them for her family of three children. They lied and manipulated the price of the property, creating a bidding war. Bidding over the odds she won the bid, this is after best and final. After winning the bid she was called to increase her bid and was given privy information of who the other bidders were and how much they bidded. They then went on to give it to someone else. I WOULD BE VERY WORRIED AS A SELLER AND VERY CAUTIOUS AS A BUYER. Can not be trusted, rude and unprofessional! Bunch of cowboys!!

Worst place to use to purchase a house and I’m guessing even selling a house!! They gave me privy information as to what the value of other offers were, then advised how how much to put in to win the bid. Turned out I didn’t get it in the end! Seems very dodgy. Not fair on seller either potentially giving them run and maybe taking payment under the table is what it seems, as unlikely Bern sold to highest bidder. Manipulative staff, lying so blatantly. Would never use ever again be warned people. Totally unprofessional. Will be taking further to ombudsman

GoogleTerrible service, went to view a 4 bed house on Highfield road, hall green, they told us that we were first to view on the day, we then showed an interest and filled out applications, once sent they told us we’d get a call. After sending us applications they played dead. We chased them over a week later to be told the landlord is in Australia, there was absolutely nothing wrong with our application, we gave them first priority only to be let down once chasing them ourselves. Unreliable as I can see from other reviews, cowboy agency. Do not trust them.
Hi, We advised with this property from the very start that communication with the landlord can be delayed due to location issues. We advised that it would be a week until the landlord made a decision. This is exactly how it happened down the line. The landlord rented the property to the application they were more confident with. We understand the frustration when you lose out, but it is unfair to comment negatively on the agent, when this is in the control of the landlord. For future customers, the landlord successfully rented the property within a short time, to a tenant of their choice. 5 Months later, rents are paid on time, and property well maintained. The landlord (our client) is happy with the service and has also left a 5 star review. We'll leave the judgement to you! Management

GoogleOne off the most worst experience with this real estate agents Because they are all family members and cheat and lies you easily. Especially Let section. They want only there commission but after there is no mantinence.Last 16 months every single person of them visit my rented house for Nothing they don't care about you and problems which you are facing in rented house.

GoogleI've viewed a few properties with Manny Klarico, however I'm always disappointed at the sales rep who shows you around the house, they don't know the answers to basic questions about the house, it's "I'm just here to show you around" or "you'll have to call and ask for more details" the whole point of showing potential buyers around is to also answer their questions. Sometimes they leave you to walk by yourself throughout the house while they're on their phone. Sorry but this is just an honest review and it doesn't give buyers any confident.
Hi Amani, Thank you for sharing some feedback. I have looked into your record to gather a better understanding of your experience. I would like to point out that the viewing arrangements depend on the property and homeowners preference. I can see you have viewed some properties where homeowners have opted to have an open house, this would be multiple viewers walking in and out of the property. Although the vast majority of homes are shown one to one, if it is an open house, the vendors are usually looking at bringing in more clients in a shorter space of time hence the arrangement. This is usually the case when a homeowner is time restricted and still want to offer the maximum number of viewings as opposed to then becoming fully booked. Our colleagues are able to answer all questions that we have answers for, but will refer you to the office if the vendor has not provided the information. Our colleagues would be on their digital devices to check details as we make use of digital devices as opposed to paperwork, thus when on the phone, they will be running through details as these devices are for property details. However, at any point please always feel welcome to call into office for any further details or leave your questions with our agent, and we would come back to you once we have a confirmed answer for you. GoogleHad to use there services as the seller listed the house with them. Working with these guys was incredibly frustrating, honestly, I'd prefer dealing with Purple Bricks, and that's saying a lot. It took them over two weeks to respond to my offer, and they were too busy to schedule a viewing before the completion date. The process was slow, and there was a lot of shady behaviour during negotiations. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them for either buying or selling.
