GoogleComplete joke The positive reviews must be fake done by family and friends! Absolute nightmare agents who are artificially inflating prices in Hall Green and surrounding areas. The sales team have no clue. You will never be successful until your offer is ridiculously higher and then your mortgage value would not match, so the house will fall through or people will reduce prices at the last minute- avoid. They treat buyers like rubbish. KLOWNICO. Estate agents are only sales men, they are not professionals, calm down and do your job in good faith!

I understand your concern for current market prices of properties within the area, but these have been rising at record levels over the last 4 years. The decision to accept any given offer is a choice for the homeowner to make, and in most circumstances they would generally go for the highest offer. In relation to a mortgage survey, should there be a substantial issue with the property, this is something for the homeowner to then look into as they were probably unaware of any such issue, otherwise we tend to find mortgage surveys go through fine. If an offer has been put forward and the homeowner decides to decline your offer, we will advise you of the decision and ask you if you would like to increase (should that have been the reason of the decline). I understand the frustration here, but this outcome is not a factor of service. As your review generally relates to your frustration of current market conditions for properties in the area that you are looking at, and not in relation to our services, I encourage you to remove your review as this is not a true representations of our services. GoogleThe customer service skills are up to an impeccable standard. The whole team had a very warm, welcoming attitude that had instantly attracted me to this estate agents. Their responses are very prompt and it is evident that they are very knowledgable in this field. They go out of their way to help first time buyers and always prioritise their customers needs when presenting them with an ideal property. Simply could not fault the customer service nor the professionalism. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

GoogleNot open and honest with buyers, resulting in financial penalties. Caused a lot of stress which could have been avoided if information was shared with us. We had several daily chase ups with the estate agent to get things sorted, but no progress was made.

Ali was instructed by my landlord to manage the repairs in the house. I have been trying to contact him regarding my boiler which has been off for over ONE WEEK. I have had NO heating NO hot water.
