Mr Quyyam is a fantastic communicator who keeps us well informed.He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. He knew what we were looking for and gave honest advice. Without Mr Quyyam there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we’re in our dream home. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Quyyam. If your looking to buy or sell your property i would highly recommend this estate agency, they're professionalism was on point, and I'm a very doubtful person, and i was at peace when i was working along side manny klarico, I would highly recommend them once again

GoogleNot the most organised or professional estate agents we have ever dealt with to be honest. Arranged a viewing with them, they sent an email reminder the morning of the appointment to only then get there and the agent has no access to the property, no clue what's going on, to then tell us to come back another time. We cancelled the reschedule as we didn't want to view anymore for them to only then remind us of a cancelled viewing. Can't imagine what renting would be like with them, chosen to go with a different agent who were more organised and professional seeming.

GoogleManny Klarico estate agents, deserve a 5 star review. They were very professional, quick and informative, the communication was always present from emails to phone calls. I didn’t have to constantly chase or moan. Manny when he first came to evaluate the house was honest gave a good proposal to get the house on the market quick and get the interest flowing, and it worked! We sold our house and completed just as planned within a good time period. Sarah who deals with all the progressions of the sales kept good communication always had our information to hand, and dealt with all the matters professionally. The in house solicitors they referred us to WYM Legal Ltd, fantastic again professional on the ball got all our information and processed this house sale quickly and I didn’t need to moan or chase them either! Overall super happy, the outcome was all positive, we thank the whole Klarico Team! Highly recommend this estate agents.
