I visited Manny Klarico a while ago for some advice on the sale of my property, can i first begin with the excellent customer service that i was welcomed with, such warm lovely friendly faces behind that door who made me feel at ease right away. I was given a lot of detail in the process that would be involed and all the different avenues i could take in order to make my property a hot seller on the market, though we are yet to go ahead with the property being put onto the market i couldn't resist to give these guys a big thumbs on here. Well done and keep doing what you do.

A friendly and professional experience with a personal touch. True experts in the field with outstanding levels of customer service. I visited Manny Klarico as I was looking to put my house on the market and also purchase another. I was putting it off for a very long time not wanting to go through the hassle of it all, from previous experience I knew how long winded the process can be and knowing how some real estates agents can be misleading. However, the team at Manny Klarico proved me wrong. Never have I experienced such a smooth transaction with no hassle/inconvenience involved. From the get go, the team were very clear, concise and focused on achieving the outcome that would benefit me. Also, I was kept up to date with all progress made on my sale/purchase and the team always made sure that my best interests were at the forefront of all actions taken. The team also maintained a high level of professionalism with a friendly attitude and did their best to make me feel reassured that I was in more than capable hands. At the end of my business with Manny Klarico, the team went the extra mile to gift me with delicious cupcakes as a thank you gesture which reflected the sweet and satisfying experience I received throughout my dealings with them. Never have I felt so welcome as a customer. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Manny Klarico whether you are new to the property market or already on the ladder. If you're looking for a painless experience where you're not led on, Manny Klarico is the one.

Manny Klarico best agency in a region

Professional, trustwordy, honest, reliable, pro-active and very, very keen. We found Manny Klarico as very professional, they will use their best endavours to increase viewings and promote sale of your house. We were very happy with their professional approach and ability to make time to be at the property no matter when to suite an interested party. No other agency went out of their way to make all parties happy but Manny did. Their fees are reasonable and amount of extra work they do is next to none. I would highly recommend this agency.

Highly recommended estate agent.

From start to finish Manny and the team impressed with their friendly, efficient and professional service. Above all we chose to have Manny market our property due to his expert local knowledge, his meticulous attention to detail and explanation of the pricing strategy. Our move was not smooth for a number of reasons and Manny helped us through the thick and thin always offering sound advice and support in stressful situations. We loved the marketing pack which was high quality and showed the house off really well. All viewings were booked in and we were notified by email which was great. Throughout the process we had confidence in Manny and we are so grateful for all the hard work he put into selling our property.

Manny Klarico are a fantastic agency. Very professional, thorough and put customers at ease. As a landlord the agents offer a great package of management at very competitive prices. However not compromising on professionalism and providing a great service. Ali, Manny, Sarah and all the team are great!

We used Manny Klarico to sell our home and can highly recommend their services. From day one, we were kept informed with number of appointments, regular feedback and phone calls. I can't comment on other estate agents, but if you're looking for a personalised service then Manny Klarico would be one to use. Very knowledgeable of the area, schools, transport etc. Definitely a big thumbs up from us!!!
