GoogleI used the Halifax branch of William H Brown, and the affiliated mortgage company (Sequence), for my first house purchase and found that the whole process went smoothly. This was thanks mainly to the assistance of mortgage consultant Gemma Malcolm, who as well as providing useful mortgage advice really went out of her way to be helpful, chasing up third parties when things looked in danger of grinding to a halt and making sure that everything got done within a reasonable time frame. Thanks to all concerned.
