Would definitely recommend William H Brown , Halifax to anyone looking at selling there house with them. I live in New Zealand so never saw them face to face but never had had any issues dealing with them by email. The communication from Dan & Emily was excellent and really quick, even with the time difference. My only regret is not using the William H Brown conveyancer instead of choosing my own as then the sale would of gone through a lot quicker

We had an excellent experience with Liz and her team while buying our new home. They were extremely professional, supportive, and always available to answer any questions we had. If it wasn’t for Emily constantly going above and beyond I don’t think the purchase of our house would have happened due to unforeseen problems further up in the chain. Although this wasn’t Willian H Brown’s issue, they dealt with this every single day until it was sorted to ensure our purchase of our house. Had few unfortunate hiccups in the beginning due to ,(in my opinion time wasters) but william browns got striaght back on track instantly. Been here to look for a property had no luck first time so gave it a 3 star but came back as a last resort as the property they had was in the area and I got it thank god so I would recommend checking William H Brown again if your still looking for a property and that's why they got 5 stars now from me the manager Nichola is a star she helped us to fill out the forms as it was hard to do online and I can't forget Jessie who was helpful in doing the form with me and keeping us updated when Nichola was busy or not in I hope he gets a promotion to manager soon to work with Nichola as they are the best people I've dealt with keep it up guys

I have been searching for a suitable property for a while now from a 2 bed to 3 bed house for future proofing reasons. I eventually found one thanks to Rebecca. A massive thanks to the staff at William H Brown and an extra special thanks to Dan, Emily and Kessar for their help and support during a lengthily 11 month process trying to sell/buy a house. We put offers on 3 properties during this time, of which the 2nd property fell though nearly at exchange, so as expected my anxiety was through the roof and I was constantly ringing and messaging asking for reassurance and asking loads of questions. They kept an eye out for what we wanted and sorted everything out from mortgage, to solicitors, to final completion. You hear horror stories about estate agents, but this one was an absolute dream. Nothing was too much for them, including my silly questions,. We had constant reassuring updates throughout.
