I have recently purchased a property, and I decided I would use the mortgage services provided by Vanessa Holroyd to fund the purchase. Vanessa from start to finish off the process (which at times was complicated and messy) was brilliant. She was always on hand for my queries and took so much stress out of the process. She kept me up to date regularly and I couldn't fault a single aspect of the work she has done. She helped me with other things also such as a will and my house insurance. She is knowledgeable friendly approachable and an asset to the william h brown mortgage team and I couldn't recommend highly enough of her. We had a great experience selling our house recently with WH Brown. The whole team worked hard to ensure our property got plenty of attention and were on the ball with booking viewings and following up for feedback.
