GoogleWe purchased a house via William H Brown Halifax Office. Very pleased with the communications and service from Yasmin. It was only the second time we have bought a house in 31 years, so it was good to be guided by Yasmin. Would def use again.

GoogleVery dodgy agent. We lost out on a beautiful house because they encouraged another buyer to gazump us, knowing we were at the maximum of our affordability. They also refused to take the property off the market after our offer was accepted because there was no space in their diary to qualify us, yet the other buyer managed to get qualified straight away. They have a very low moral compass.

GoogleWould not recommend this agent a bad experience in every way, Did not do what they said, made renting a nightmare, and the landlord said he would not use them ever again.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking place to deal with. Do not deal with these people. They are liars and will do and say everything to get you into a property but will not do anything once you have moved in. Tagline for William H Brown Should be; We're more than happy to take your money and if you have any problems, sort it yourself.

GoogleBest estate agents I've ever dealt with. Nichola and Sophie are fab, and they certainly beat leef properties who took my money then not hear anything more. Please Do not deal with leef, just deal with these guys, It's a quick service, and repairs, are dealt with straight away over the phone/email etc. I would certainly recommend.

GoogleI have been really impressed with how the Lettings Manager has dealt with some vulnerable customer's of mine who found themselves needing a rental quickly. She really went above and beyond to help them out when other places/charities said they couldn't help. I was pleasantly surprised that a sales-driven organisation showed such compassion for my customers. Thank you!

GoogleWe have just bought a property in Halifax through William H Brown. All members of the team were proactive and helpful throughout the process. They politely but firmly pushed all concerned to move the purchase forward. I have no doubt that, without them, it would have taken much longer.
