Above and beyond.

My mum sold her house after 60 years of living in the property. Adam went above and beyond, he is a very down to earth caring chap who reassured my mum every Step of the way resulting in a smooth quick sale. Thank you Protheroe Property. I would reccomend you every step of the way. 😊

Adam’s charismatic video was the thing which sold this property to us, his broad West Yorkshire accent and natural on screen charm amused our non Yorkshire friends and maximised the selling points. Jules and Karen provided fantastic back up service at a time when solicitors were blanking us; without their cheerful positivity we would never have moved house and could have lost our buyers. I highly recommend Protheroe estate agents. Best wishes Russell Blackhurst Llb dip pfs

Bought my first house with Protheroe Property and from the get go they were really good, kept us well informed. From the viewing stage, the tenant in situ would only allow viewings every Friday only and the first Friday had already booked up so I had to wait the following week to view, with that I didn’t think I’d even get a chance with the house in this challenging market but Protheroe Property made sure everyone saw the house which i’m thankful for as it could quite easily have been taken off the market early doors before the 2nd round of viewings. They were very responsible and even with some hiccups (as to be expected) they came back to you right away and didn’t leave you hanging (ie over a weekend or anything). I was very eager to keep things moving at a quick pace as I had a deadline to be in by and the guys knew and understood this from the get go so I felt as though they really worked with me on this. I finally got the keys and to my surprise a lovely little present from them! How thoughtful and such a personalised service. Thank you again and would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a house or rent. (Avoid the other big estate agents. 10 points if you can decode who from this - “billiam.h.wrown” who treat you like a number rather than a person!!)

I used the protheroe property services to rent out my home as a first time landlord and I cannot recommend them enough. I am such a worrier and always had a million questions to ask and the team couldn’t have reassured me anymore than they have. My emails and phone calls were responded to quickly and they even contacted me just to keep me up to date along the way. It has been such an easy and clear process thanks to them explaining every step and has meant that I have literally had nothing to worry about. I am so grateful to have such a dedicated, friendly, and trustful team and I will 100% be using them for any future properties I purchase. Fantastic team thank you so much.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Adam and the team for all they have done in selling our house. Right from the very first phone call from Adam, he was so friendly and helpful, it felt like we had known him years. Nothing was too much trouble, every questioned was answered honestly and professionally. I would certainly recommend him and his business for all your home selling/renting needs. Thanks again Adam. You were brilliant. 😁
