GoogleFrom booking the viewing of the house until completion day and picking the keys up everyone at prothero properties made me feel confident and like I could ring them and ask any questions that I needed to. Special thanks to both Adam and Jess for always being on hand if I was unsure about the process and helping things run smoothly. I would recommend them if you are looking at either buying or selling as they really do go over and above on both sides.

GoogleAdam and team at Protheroe Property are just brilliant! They are professional yet offer personal and friendly service when selling your property. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re great communicators , being accessible to answer queries at the end of a phone or email. Adam is very honest and easy to deal with, giving advice when needed but not pushy and always with a smile and positive comments. He uses videos to market properties on Facebook which is refreshing and innovative. I felt very emotional when handing over the keys as it was a very special property to me for many reasons- I really appreciated the time Adam spent walking around one last time with me while I jabbered on , not rushing me at all. Being given a thank you card and beautiful bouquet of flowers was wonderful too! I certainly would go to Adam and his team in the future . GoogleI knew selling my fathers house which had been our family home for over 50 years was going to be emotional but Adam didn’t just see the bricks and mortar but the memories made in the home. GoogleProtheroe Property sold our property in 2018 in a very short space of time. It was a complicated and drawn out sale but Adam was a key player throughout. He was way more involved and supportive than any estate agent I've ever had before (or even heard of). Not only is he good at communicating with both parties during the sale but he was really good at finding the selling points to our house so it sold immediately! Honestly you wont find a better letting agent in the west Yorkshire Area than this one . Adam Really cant do enough for you if your selling or just want to let your property out protheroe property will go to all ends to help advise get you the best deal and price if you want to sell and if you are wanting to let as a landlord will make sure you get the best tennant he can for your property Genuine no better letting agent i believe in calderdale kirklees or Bradford Areas Thanks Adam

Excellent service from start to finish. We came across Protheroe Property and Adam when we made an offer on a property, our offer was accepted. We instantly liked Adam who then sold my property, within a few days-first viewing and then an offer. I have recommended Adam to two friends and they also only have positive things to say. Adam and the Protheroe team are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much for them. You get a really personal experience and you do not feel like just another customer. My former property is now sold and we’re in our new house, we couldn’t be happier. Adam even gave us a ‘welcome to your new home’ gift and card which was a really thoughtful thing to do. We cannot thank them enough and we highly reccomend Protheroe Property.
