FacebookAfter years of living in the same house that had damp and mould I’ve just had to pay the deposit back this was going on for 2/3 years Nothing got done apart from paint over the issue. And now took the full deposit back because I had to leave early for health issues and child care issues because I wasn’t willing to have my children into a house full of damp and mould… Act like they care about the issues just about the money .

GoogleAdam and the team recently managed a rental property for me and I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. You’ll be hard pushed to find a team in Calderdale as responsive, supportive and knowledgable as the Protheroe team! They are an independent, family business and you the customer (and the tenants) really get the benefit of this. Very fair and transparent with any fees too. Will definitely be using for any future sales/rentals 👍🏻
