TrustpilotWent Above and beyond expectations
The service from protheroe properties was excellent, they went above and beyond my expectations, providing a couple of small speedy repairs to my property for a fast sale. The property is 11 miles from their office but Adam the owner travelled quite a distance on several occasions and even lent me a dehumidifier for a few weeks. They were helpful with negotiation between myself and the buyers and took final meter readings because I wasn’t local. Thank you all at protheroe!
Thank you for the positive feedback Caroline. We loved dealing with yourself & your super cottage. All the very best for the future & have a great Christmas

We chose to sell our property through Protheroe Properties, without any hesitation. Adam and his staff are the most helpful, honest people you could ever hope to meet and once the buyer commits to the purchase, the sale went through without any hitches. Both my wife and myself would highly recommend using Prothero properties for whatever your needs may be, whether selling, buying or renting. You won’t regret it. Mr and Mrs Oldroyd

Selling my house with Protheroe was a totally stress free experience, very professional and was always on hand whenever I needed them. If I was to sell another property again I would definitely use them again. I didn’t have the time with work commitments to be around when selling my house but Adam at Protheroe’s just took control of the sale and got me above the best price I expected for the property.
