Awful experience. Was hit by one of their insured drivers whilst stationary (non fault). They took weeks, and several chases, to respond to my third party uninsured loss claim, and then contradicted themselves about what they would pay. Refused to respond to a formal complaint about their delays and incompetent claim handling as I'm not their customer. I'm glad I never will be! My advice - go elsewhere.
