Unfortunately it take hours to get through to them, we have a non-fault claim in with them. Staff give conflicting information. No claims person to personally manage your claim, it's still ongoing after 15 months.

Please avoid this company. I have requested to claim on the liability insurance they have supplied to a mechanic. During the process they advised me by email that they had a professional Report completed to ascertain no liability which they were willing to use in court . I have subsequently been advised by their solicitors that this is not true. This is now pending a court case
