Appalling Customer Service. Appalling laissez faire attitude. Argumentative. terrible attention to detail. Terrible choice of garage. Basically your worst nightmare when dealing with car insurance. After an awful experience when a car crashed into the side of my car on a Sunday when I had only bought it on the Friday. The driver of the other car speed off from the scene. My experience of having to claim from Covea couldn't have been better done with empythy and kindness. Thank you.

Would be 0 stars if possible I was Payed out for my vehicle but I was then contacted by the police saying I was speeding!?!? Contacted Covea kept being transferred and told they couldn’t do anything. Until I was finally transferred to the correct department but they hung up on me after being on hold for 15min.

absolutely disgusting rubbish company!!! Avoid this at any costs, i have so many things to complain about, they are a joke, someone should shut this down as it is a disgrace for this kind of business.. waiting 6 weeks, they delay everything, unresponsiveness ... such a shame... a simple non fault claim they are so stupid company really...

GoogleAlthough the lady I spoke to was lovely, I found the company process and procedures quite slow and disorganised. Trying to retrieve a payment for my partner following an accident took nearly 12 weeks which caused untold amounts of extra stress in an already stressful situation!

Motor Insurance renewal arrived today and has increased by over 7%. No claims or changes in conditions. I keep reading that motor insurance claims are down as result of Covid. I've only used two tanks of fuel all year. How these people can exploit their customers in this way is unbelievable. Taking my business elsewhere.

Dealt with my claim quickly and efficiently answered all emails within around a week and gave me regular updates by email. My claim would have been resolved even quicker if I answered my phone and replied to their emails promptly. They didn't even complain about this! If only every insurance company gave such great service.

I’m a real person before anyone thinks I’m a bot and haven’t been paid to write this either. My insurance company uses covea to deal with my claim on home insurance. They were very efficient and kept me up to date on every step. Took about a month to get everything sorted without any problems.
