Disgusting service

Their customer hit my car, they had to admit the liability because I had Dashcam footage, after even 7 weeks no answer my repairers still waiting for authority. Called them many times on several numbers & duration of calls were unexplainable but no answer, many other issues as well, absolutely disgusted honestly, please try to avoid don’t go only for cheap.

Large buildings insurance claim - Beware!

Large buildings insurance claim completely mishandled. It is disgusting an insurance company can get away with treating people like this. Covea will not even acknowledge evidence of the mess I have been left with after sending in their appointed builders. Im pretty much powerless to do anything and currently facing £75k bill to put things right.

Very impressed.

Having Covea as my home insurance, I made a request for a claim to get the roof fixed after damaged caused by recent storms. They responded quickly and positively and paid the roofers within 24hrs, record time for an insurer. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish.

My experience with Covea, as a person who suffers with mental health, was soul destroying. I had to make a claim, for my computer, it was collected and sent to SBS for the insurance company which was all good until in there validation process they found out I had 3 previous claims with a different insurer going back to 2018 so they sent an email to my broker saying my policy could continue but I couldn't make any further claims, they probably didn't want me to see it. The cherry on top was the electrical company that was assessing my computer reported my computer wasn't damaged by dropping, which it was, but from nicotine, cigarette smoke and water. Bullshit. Obviously I made a complaint but I has to replace the computer but after a month, because of the complaint, they withdrew the statement and settled the claim but I'm our of pocket £500. Awful company, who ever you speak to they make you feel like you've killed there first born and sacrifice them to Satan for Riches, wealth and fame. I am dredging having to make another claim or to have anymore interaction with them. Made me feel like killing myself for real. For weeks.

Awful company! Wanted to claim on the buildings insurance for some roof water damage. After satisfying their million requirements, I was then advised that they wouldn't cover it!! I took care of it myself but seriously, what is the point of having buildings insurance, if they won't cover some water damage. Joke of a company

Hopeless insurance company. The customer service is attrocious. Extremely BAD! Its like as soon as you're on the phone they can't wait to get you off. And follow up of issues is non-existent. Can't even get their facts straight.I can honestly say i have never been happier to get out from an insurance policy being served by them. Never again.
