An excellent visit from John, your damage assessor. He turned up on time, took a few photos of the damaged areas of the car and discussed delivery of parts timings. After a friendly chat, he left. I hope that the rest of my repair is as professional as the assessment part….

It is never an enjoyable expeience to have a car accident, and one of the first contacts you make is somebody from a claims office insurance company.Both my contacts with Saga and Covea were excellent in terms of their reassurance and guidance through the claims procedure, and I'm hopeful of a reasonable outcome to a worrying expeience.

Absolutely awful service. I am complaining to the Ombudsman. Really shocked at the fact there has been zero communication from them, all me doing the chasing. Only the complaints department called me back and responded in a timely and appropriate manner. Accident 25 July, not even in the car and still not resolved and now affecting mine and my partners renewals. Don’t go near.

3 months and my claim still hasn't been settled, and I have to pay for the car in storage? Don't touch them with a barge pole.i'm going to call covea, and every time i get cut off im going to put up another bad review ,im also in discussions with trust pilot to stop your sevice from them.

I have been dealing with this company for over 4weeks for a loss. Today they came back to me with quote for settlement that nearly gave me a heart attack. Spoke to SBS the validators yesterday and their quote was higher than what they offered me today. They are looking into it, shocking.....
