GoogleWorst experience in my life time! The incapability to resolve anything, not only that but the inexperience of the colleagues is abysmal. How they one got employed is beyond me, let alone even be allowed to call themselves an insurance company! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy! I would advise to everyone to not go here because you’ll will endure an awful experience!

GoogleNever, EVER again. Our case has now been handed to our solicitor and the Ombudsman. We advise you to do the same. There are only so many stories any normal human being can put up with, and this insurance company has gone too far. We advise anyone with a pending case to do the same. We should have checked the ratings beforehand. One lives and learns.

I have never had to deal with a more shocking insurance company, after I did not renew I recieved a fictitious insurance claim, were I had to involve the police to prove I had not had an accident, and then they still refused to believe me and sent a letter saying they would have to pay out to the fictional third party, unbelievable.DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM
