Acting as a landlord for a lengthy period of time, I have used Hicks Hadley on many instanes and have always been very pleased with their service. They act in an efficient and timely manner, sort out problems quickly and most of all are personable people who care about the work they would do. I offer the highest recommendations for anyone looking to rent out or sell their home; I would not think of using another agent in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

GoogleVery unhappy with the level of service received. It takes forever to get through to them. Messages are not passed on. Constantly fobbed off and told that someone will ring back. Possibly the worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs!
We are obliged to carry out periodic inspections of the property on behalf of the landlord and will do what we can to be flexible with the time and date of these inspections so that they are as convenient as possible. It is in the interests of both the landlord and tenant that these are carried out so a proposed time and date is offered but this can be changed if inconvenient.

GoogleVery poor Service. Emails are constantly being ignored and I receive mixed messages from different people . I’ve complaint to the branch manager but he did very little to fix the situation. Useless - I am moving my property to another estate agent.
