GoogleHicks Hadley fully manager our house for us. They are great when things go well and no issues. However, if there's a problem it takes them ages to fix things after we have given them the go ahead to get stuff sorted.
We're sorry about your experience Mrs Hartshorn. We conducted a review of our maintenance department last year and extra capacity was added to ensure that we're being as productive as possible. There can sometimes still be short delays if contractors are particularly busy but we're confident that the service is now very robust. GooglePaid £150 for credit checks, found them very slow, when questioned them they became very sharp and abrupt. Withdrew because of attitude, thought if they like this now, what will they be like later. Take my advice and use another agent.
We're sorry that you found the credit checks slow. Unfortunately the credit referencing service occasionally experiences delays in obtaining responses to their checks and this is something outside our control. We work hard to provide a friendly and professional service and consequently the management take any comments regarding the attitude of our staff very seriously, rest assured this matter has been investigated.
