Kerrie was our agent and was amazing throughout the entire experience. She responded to all emails immediately and was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. She explained the entire process to us and was happy to go through each step clearly and in a way that helped us to feel a part of the process. Bad experience

I would strongly advise to stay away from dixons/countrywide letting agents from managing a rental property. Especially the Warwickshire office as they would do everything in every opportunity to instruct their own contractors making false allegations of works required on the rental property to make money for themselves. They also hide their complaints procedures when contacted directly and asked about the process and their calls are not recorded so they make things up and completely disregard any instructions given by the landlords. Unfortunately complete professional crooks. They will put all sorts of barriers to raise a complaint and refrain from providing a final response to prevent escalation for their governing body to investigate.

I came here to see Baljit about getting a mortgage following a recommendation. From the start he was brilliant, he explained everything in a way that I understood and found the right mortgage for me. Before seeing Bal I wasn’t able to get the mortgage amount that I needed and I thought I would have to pull out of the purchase of my first home, but with Bal’s expertise I got more than I expected. I couldn’t recommend Bal enough and as a first time buyer especially the process was stress free. Thank you so much again Bal 😊

I have been with Dixons Halesowen for letting my apartments for over 2 years now and have found them to be exceptional. Mark and Kieran have always been very supportive with our let's and have experienced business advice (Mark 20 years) with nothing being too much trouble even when they are very busy. There is always a warm smile and you have that confidence of being in good hands. Olivia in letting management and team are also superb supporting us through issues that may arise with obvious experience, nothing being too much trouble and seeing it through to the end with us. I can't thank the Dixons team enough and highly recommend them!

Recently bought a property with Dixon’s through the Halesowen branch and had the paperwork carried out through the Hayley Road Branch. Process was simple, quick and stress free even when purchasing over the Christmas period. Communication between both branches was strong as everyone involved within the purchase was updated sufficently and together. Alison and Matt (From Halesowen branch) and Pam and Sarah (From the Hagley Rd Branch) were really genuine and supportive in making the purchase a smooth and slick process.

I highly recommend Dixon’s of Halesowen for buying or selling a home. Matt and his team could not have done more to sell our home. The first lockdown interrupted the viewings but they arranged many viewings over several weeks either side. Once a sale had been agreed Matt worked hard to negotiate a final price, not only for our home but for the property we were buying.

Disgusting Company! - AVOID!!

I Wouldn't even give this place 1 stars!They are the rudest estate agents iv had to deal with (Selly Oak Branch), iv recently just moved out of a property which I rented through Dixons & id definitely AVOID now if I was going to rent again . Timothy Reynolds was nothing but rude about me leaving threatening extra charges for leaving the property as he couldn't be botherd to read my tenancy agreement and see that under the break clauses I ended my tenancy in the correct way. All he cares about is getting his commission at the end of the day from there over priced properties. Daniella Lawmon also rude from this branch, questioning me about why I was leaving the property & also trying to threaten me with additional charges which where NOT in my agreement. They don't push the landlord on getting any repairs done they just fob you off on the phone with aload of rubbish to make sure you keep paying that rent every month so they get their commission!!. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
