Although we decided not to go ahead with the property, we felt it was important to leave a review purely because of how exceptional Leonie was. Despite only being in the role for a month, Leonie was by far the best agent we’ve ever met. What truly stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She wasn’t just there to show us around, she took the time to understand what we were looking for, listened properly, answered every question with honesty and warmth, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Hannah is the most disgusting person ever, I'm actually regretting giving her a good review, she has stolen my money and blamed me for not meeting certain requirements after i provided everything she needed, if certain requirements weren’t met then no problem, give me back my money and ill look elsewhere, dixons is trash and the service is trash, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they will steal your money and blame u for it,

I was looking for a estate agent and chanced upon Mark at Dixon's - thank goodness I did. He is a breath of fresh air. Helpful, honest, pleasant and a consummate professional He took a great deal of work off my shoulders and has a team of professionals (builders, electricians, carpenters) to call upon for any repairs or upgrades. He kept me informed throughout the process and did all the legally compliant paperwork. I got regular calls and emails - I never once had to chase him up. I won't use anyone else from now on. I highly recommend Mark Hildesley.

Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

I honestly can’t recommend Matt at Dixons for selling g your property enough! From the very start, he was absolutely brilliant. He made sure my house was marketed properly and worked really hard to get me the best possible sale. Selling a house has been one of the most stressful processes I’ve had to deal with, but Matt was always on top of things, making sure everything moved forward as smoothly as possible. What really stood out was how dedicated he was during the legal side of things. Solicitors can be slow and very frustrating, and mine were no exception! Matt chased them up constantly - way more than I ever could have managed myself - and made sure nothing got left to drag on unnecessarily. There were definitely moments where I felt like the sale could have fallen through, but thanks to Matt’s persistence and determination, everything stayed on track. Communication-wise, he was fantastic. He understood that my job makes it really difficult for me to pick up the phone during the day, so he made sure to keep me updated through emails and calls when I was available. That small but important level of consideration made such a difference, as I never felt out of the loop or unsure of what was going on. Beyond all of that, he was just really supportive throughout the whole process. There were definitely moments where I felt overwhelmed, but Matt was always there to reassure me, explain things clearly, and guide me through it all. I can honestly say I don’t think I could have done it without him. Matt seems to genuinely care, he works incredibly hard, and will do everything he can to get your sale through - would 100% recommend him! He really went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for everything he did!

I've been working with Matt on the sale of my property in Cradley Heath. With not having any luck with another agent after only doing 1 viewing on my property in 8 weeks we decided to meet Matt, he came to meet us for a valuation and was very impressed by his experience and his proactive approach, within 10 days of being on the market he had 2 offers for us to consider and accept.
