GoogleI've worked with Rosie for the past few years. A few of my remortgages and purchases were done through her and I can't praise her highly enough. She's been absolutely fantastic. Very personable and efficient in getting the best mortgage deal that's out there. I've worked with several mortgage advisors in the past and she was one of the best ones I've across so far. :))

GoogleI have purchased second house through Connells and I am extremally pleased with their services especially Mr Samuel Thorneywork were very helpful and professional. He kept me updated at all the time throughout the whole process. I have to say Connells are the best Estate Agents as they do not trick buyers, very honest and reliable. GoogleVery good Job! Jo and her team (Sam was assigned to the sale of my partner's house) were ever so helpful and always cheery. A pleasure to work with and things went well. The house sold in a couple of weeks and despite the covid 19 situation, and with a lot of communication between ourselves, the buyers, solicitors and Connells staff (even when Jo was furloughed) the property completed in 11 weeks. Many thanks.

GoogleStarting out on the journey of buying a property for the first time and Alex is a very patient and kind advisor. A thorough first meeting and I know he is happy to take my calls even if the property I buy isnt through Connells. Just need for find a property now! Wish me luck.

GoogleInitially the service was professional and the marketing good. However on instructing Connells I distinctly requested not to have a For sale board and that they did the viewings. However on arriving home from work, I found a huge for sale board right in the middle of my front lawn. The service got worse with viewings booked on several occasions only for Connells agents to not turn up or the company eve be open meaning I was do to the viewing only I was never told so sat watching in cctv as potential buyers turned up but no agent. My time was wasted with several viewings never taking place, then selling only to have buyer pull out with no reason given by the estate agent. Having sold again, Connells recommended I use Talbots Solicitors. Well what a mistake, the worst and most unprofessional Solicitors I’ve ever had dealings with. More over, Connells provided poor after sale service and let weeks pass with no updates, no contact with the buyer or Solicitors meaning a ‘no chain’ sake took 22 weeks.

GoogleA big thank you to Rosie in Connells. We were first time buyers and she helped us to understand all of the ins and outs of the whole process of buying a house. GoogleIt is very nice to actually find an estate agent that does what they say they are going to do!! Kept me informed on my referencing and what I needed to bring in etc. Everything went ahead on the dates requested, no hassle what so ever. So far Can’t fault them!! Tom and Lara you are amazing! My faith restored in letting agents. Definitely recommend!

GoogleWe waited for 20 minutes for the agent to arrive with a broken key. Then he asked us to wait another 20 min for him to go after another key. If you're an estate agent you have to be punctual. Period. If you know it's traffic than just make sure you're taking enough time to arrive in time. And we drove from London just to see the apartment. Nicely done.
