GoogleI have yet to receive concluding responses to two issues I have raised with my branch of Connells at Halesowen about 1 ) an action a tenant has taken without agreement and 2 ) full inspection of the property to include outside gardens. The experience lacks good customer service.

GoogleMy viewing was scheduled today i travelled 40 minutes to the property no agent of connells were there i waited 30 minutes outside property i did 20+ calls on the helpline no one picked that up and know one showed up and i travelled 40 minutes back to my home Never experienced something like this before such a shit service...

GoogleApplied for a property online, I was called by an agent and told to come to a property for sale for a viewing a few days later. Booked a coach, a hotel, and public transport to come out for it. I showed up and, nothing. Nobody was there. Called them back and was told that my name wasn’t written down for any viewings that day. Connell’s lack of organisation wasted my time, I’m miffed for sure.

GoogleI would highly recommend Connells in Halesowen. Jo and her team were professional from start to finish. Impartiality Bradley who we dealt with was brilliant. He showed maturity beyond his years and was fantastic at communication and keeping in touch. There were times when we thought we would loose our sale but Bradley negotiated on our behalf and managed to keep everything on track. I truly believe that if it wasn’t for Bradley’s expertises we wouldn’t be in our new home now.

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of Sam his advice was honestly a game changer for me. He does not just look at mortgages, I found it so helpful to get an accurate idea of affordability from around 20 different banks. He also checked stamp duty amounts which was where I'd actually gone wrong and if Sam had not checked the new amount for April 2025 I would have been in a difficult situation. This was all avoid by the initial free appointment Sam offers which I can't thank the office enough for introducing this to me.
