Ashley put our house up for sale with no pressure from him to take on our property. Our house sold within 3 days. Unfortunately it fell through but without any hesitation Ashley re sold the house within a week. Ashley was always there from start to finish always available on the phone and helped us through the whole process including ringing solicitors ect on our behalf. A lovely guy and a great Estate Agent would never use anyone else.

While looking for our first property there were many factors we had to consider. Area, space, bedrooms but most importantly with having a young family we could not move into somewhere that needed a lot of work to make it 'liveable'. knowing that we were looking for something quite specific and being highly recommended we contacted Ashley Would and we have to say we were not disappointed. After telling him what we were looking for Ashley told us he would call if he found somewhere that suited our criteria. After a few weeks Ashley did exactly that! A property in our preferred location, with the bedrooms we required, with the added benefit of a converted loft space. The property was definitely liveable straight away and was a great blank canvas for us to put our stamp on. Everything Ashley said he would do he did. Weekly Wednesday updates are amazing and due to the fact this was our first purchase, he walked us through every step, reassuring us, explaining the process and making sure we were at ease. As a we were approaching the christmas period Ashley said he would try his best to get us in before christmas day, and yet again delivered on what he said he would do. We can not honestly thank Ashley enough and would definitely recommend him highly!!!! If we ever decide to take the plunge and move again, he will be the first number we call Thank You Ashley ! Ashley is not only very good at what he does, he also blows all other high street agents out of the water. From booking with a high street agent, I called Ashley last minute to see what he had to say, from the moment he walked in he was professional and thorough with his questions, ensuring no stone was left unturned. From there he gave me a valuation which was underpinned by previous knoweldge Ashley had of the area. I was so impressed with Ashley that i cancelled the high street agent and went agreed to sell my priority with him. Within 3 days he had came around and took photos, whilst also creating a bespoke video (not the powerpoint slideshow every other high street agent uses). Within 7 days my house was sold. From here the communication didn't stop, everytime there was an update, we were informed, and Ashley was there to take any questions no matter what time of day. Ashley has a "check in" day once a week where he will chase all of his clients sales and purchases, but also kept us well informed throughout the process. I cannot reccomend Ashley highly enough, he will be taking over the industry within years.PositiveQuality
