Ashley and the team were recommended to us and the level of service they provided was second to none. Very helpful and made the process of selling the house much less stressful. Went above and beyond what you’d expect from the average estate agent - really helped us out when we needed it, we weren’t local to the property which caused a few headaches but these were alleviated by Ashley and the team. Some examples of how they helped, range from finding someone to look at a boiler, checking the property on a weekly basis as per our insurance requirements and even helped us arrange the perfect house clearance company. And they didn’t stop being helpful after a buyer was found, updates were incredible and they really helped from start to finish! Miles better than any experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent in the past. Thank you very much for all your help. xx

Buying (and selling) a home is a stressful journey with many ups and downs, and this is exactly when you need an estate agent who supports you every step of the way. Ashley Would did just that, offering clear, open communication throughout the entire process and always being available to answer our questions. The whole team is friendly, approachable, and professional, but a special mention must go to Jess, who was an absolute star from start to finish. They may describe themselves as a family-run business, but the level of service they provide is far beyond what you’d expect, in fact, better than many large corporate agencies we’ve dealt with in the past. Agreed to buy a house over the phone subject to me viewing the property. They told I Had to wait 10 days because the vendors was away on holiday.I live some distance away So I booked and paid for a hotel in cast of traffic .Just had a call saying that they sold it to someone else for more money. Ashley and his team provided the most fantastic service from a sellers perspective. We were kept up to date with updates throughout the process of sale by means of modern communication such as whatsapp rather than the traditional calls and emails which so often require a longer turnaround time to get answers from. This is the second property I have sold through Ashley, and have already recommended him to a number of friends, and colleagues. The quality and attention to detail doesn't stop at Ashley. His whole team were thorough and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process from day 1 discussions over prices where Ashley demonstrated superb market knowledge and a genuine, reasonable offer which was achieved within days rather than weeks. This quality was followed through all the way through day of completion where all parties needed to be aligned and the hardworking team they have all enabled this to happen. I have very little time for estate agents but felt the need to leave this review after viewing one of Ashley Woulds properties with Ashley himself leading the viewing. The property in question wasn't right for us but we left knowing that, when we find the right property, we want Ashley Would Estate Agents to sell our existing property for us. No hard sell, just honest appraisal of the properties good points, acknowledgements of potential negative issues and clear knowledge of the local market all delivered with a warmth I wasn't expecting.
