I recently bought my first home with the support of Ashley Would Estate Agents, and I genuinely cannot stress how exceptional they are! I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Sharon, Jess and Charlotte, who are absolute assets to the team, and are worth their weight in gold! They made the process as stress-free as possible with their diligence, and excellent and speedy communication - especially via WhatsApp and sending regular (at least twice weekly) updates. The team took the time to explain every step of the buying/selling process clearly to me, making sure I understood what was happening, and what to expect next. They took as much stress as possible away from me, and although they were a couple of stressful points, they took the reins and sorted everything out. Their experience in this field makes you feel comfortable, knowing that they are top of their game! It is abundantly clear that they truly care about what they do. They’re different to other estate agents - I didn’t at all feel like “another customer”, and I received a personalised experience throughout the process. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would recommend Ashley Would Estate Agents in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy, or sell a property. As a family business, their personalised touch, professionalism and close-knit team are an asset to the property industry!

Some might say that selling / buying a house can be one of the most stressful times of your life. Some also might say that all estate agents are the same and in it for themselves and that may well be true. All I can say is I found a gem of his chosen profession - Ashley Would and partners or I as prefer to call them Ashley Would & Family, his mother and wife are involved as well as some top people he has known for a long time namely Jess and Cori you really do get to know everyone its very personal. The team not only recommended a great conveyancer solicitor for the sale of our house but also to assist in the purchase of our new property. The only time I contacted Ashley’s team or the solicitors was to clarify some legalese Apart from that I got updates on nearly a day to day basis and the whole process was done and dusted from accepting the offer we received in 5 weeks Could it have gone any better? Only if Ashley was selling the house we bought, a one stop shop so to speak. You can be confident in dealing with this team as if they were your own family.

This is the loveliest company I have ever come across and they are a family run business so I think that makes the experience even better. From offer to completion it has only taken 10 weeks, which is insanely quick, because they handled everything and advised we use their solicitors which is the best decision we could have made because we completed on the date that we asked for. The communication between Ashley Would and us has been beyond incredible with weekly updates and a WhatsApp group which made everything so much easier with working full time and trying to juggle buying a house. Ashley Would were in constant contact with the solicitors and made sure everything was being done in a timely manner and we were always notified of any changes or updates. I have met a couple of the people in person and spoken to them all over the phone or message and they are genuinely the loveliest and friendliest people and so easy to talk to! They even got us a gift even though it is us that should be thanking them! Genuinely the best Estate Agents in the World and would highly recommend because these people can't do enough for you and I cannot fault them.

We were recommended by a friend for Ashley and his team to sell our home. From the first initial chat with Ashley, I knew they were the perfect estate agent for us to use. Ashley is so professional, friendly, knowledgable and certainly knows how to best advertise your home. Our home video and photographs were so beautifully presented like I’ve never seen before. As a family run business all the team we dealt with were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. But by far Jess, well what can we say… she was absolutely outstanding in getting our very difficult and long house chain over the finishing line. She kept us updated weekly (using watts app messaging too) to ensure we were always kept in the loop of what was happening at every stage of our house sale up to completion.
