We met Ashley by pure chance, but we are so glad we did. Our house sale was going nowhere, then we asked Ashley to take over. From the beginning his professional way of working shone through, he soon got plenty of viewings and kept us posted about how they had gone after each one. When we agreed a sale, Ashley kept us up to date on proceedings every Wednesday. From start to finish it was as stress free as is possible and we have Ashley to thank for that. Absolutely loved dealing with Ashley, we saw a property with him last week and he was extremely polite and professional, he walked us round the house and aswel as just showing us the rooms he was able to give us some history on the house, when we left Ashley he said he would call us to discuss the property, when we spoke with him on the phone he had a lovely telephone manner! I couldn’t recommend Ashley more highly. If you are thinking of selling your property then don’t look anywhere else. There’s a bespoke service from the beginning and he’s always on hand to answer any questions you have. He’s absolutely amazing with his photography- showcased our home brilliantly and is great with the viewings which he took the lead on. We’ve experienced other estate agents who honestly do not seem too concerned with selling the houses they advertise, and have a very easy come easy go approach. They most definitely do not put in the extra effort Ashley does so it’s been really refreshing. He goes the extra mile and importantly knows his stuff👍👍 I know family and friends who’ll now be using him because he’s so good at what he does! Well.. Ashley has been fantastic from start to finish. My house was on the market with another agent for over 3 months. Had little viewings and little communication from the agent. Ashley came in and instantly sold himself to me and I knew he would deliver exactly what I wanted. After putting my house on the market for a week he managed to get us plenty of viewings and even found us the right buyer for the house. SOLD!
