GoogleUnfortunately we had a terrible time with Ross and Lee. The only fortunate part is we randomly met the seller after hizzy kept refusing to introduce both parties, the seller had just as bad a time with hizzy and we go to exchange/complete with hizzy not being in the picture.
With different things being told to us as buyers and the seller we got the feeling they only cared about the commission and nothing else, we haven't even heard from them.since before the exchange when they found out we was not talking with the seller.
Very disappointed.

For the benefit of the general public, please see below an accurate account of your transaction.
Sale agreed 15th May 2024.
Due to an issue with your accountant not providing information to your mortgage advisor, you didn’t submit your mortgage application until 26th July 2024. During the period between agreeing to purchase the property & submitting your mortgage application (over 10 weeks) we were in regular contact with you & the seller.
The seller became increasingly concerned about your ability to purchase the property & we constantly reassured the seller in order to ensure they continued the transaction to you. On a number of occasions you asked if we would approach the seller to see if they would let you move into the property before you had exchanged contracts on the purchase & we declined. We declined because the legal risk to both you & the seller are severe, furthermore both your acting solicitors would not have allowed it.
The seller did allow you access to the garage (following your mortgage offer being issued) to move belongings in prior to exchanging contracts. Ross met you at the property (outside of normal working hours) to give you access.
We had good communication with you during the transaction & you made no mention of being dissatisfied with our service until you were called by Lee on the 17th of September 2024 where he asked you if you were able to contact your solicitor regarding exchanging contracts. At this point you were a completely different person & the manner in which you spoke to Lee was both aggressive & disrespectful. You claimed that you had never been happy with our service & neither had the seller. Furthermore, you said that you had already moved into the property anyway (before legally exchanging contracts) so didn’t need us anymore. Lee was shocked at your sudden dissatisfaction with our service & commented that Ross would be particularly upset bearing in mind all he had done to keep the transaction together for you.
The sale subsequently exchanged contracts later that day & completed 19th September 2024.
We did not contact you again following the telephone call on the 17th of September as there was no reason to; you already had access to the property & would be contacted by your solicitor when you took legal ownership on the day of completion.
We will always reply to misleading statements to give a true reflection of events as we take our reviews very seriously. We have built up our business & reputation on these, as well as recommendations from clients & purchasers alike.
Moving can be a particularly stressful time & we go above & beyond to help both clients & purchases.
It’s very disappointing you felt the need to go out of your way to leave us this inaccurate review.
