We have had a super positive experience with hizzy, first dealing with Lee and then also with Ross towards the end. Both of them were so helpful. Lee went above and beyond in taking photos of our house, and really seemed to care about the whole process and selling our house for us. Unfortunately our first offer fell though and Lee was lightening quick of getting us back on the market and we re sold within 2 days!!!!!! Ross has additionally been wonderful with communicating and going up and down the chain helping us to exchange and complete. We are forever greatful that we can now move into our new house and start a new chapter as a soon to be family of three 😊 (well 4 included the dog!). Thanks again 😊

I recently sold a property with Hizzy and found the whole experience from start to finish flawless. I had not met Lee before, but was very impressed with his enthusiasm and professionalism. The property was marketed using a very impressive video which resulted in numerous viewings. Thereafter my sole point of contact was Ross Stevenson the branch manager. I have worked with Ross for many years during his employment with other agents and always found him to be extremely professional and honest, which for me was so important. The property sold quite quickly, but the conveyance process took much longer than expected due to several factors, none more so than Covid 19. Without the tenacity and regular communication from Ross I really do not think we would have completed the sale. He was in constant contact with me and kept me updated with progress further down the chain. Eventually it all came together and the sale was completed. I cannot recommend Hizzy highly enough, they did exactly what it said on the tin and I could not have asked for more. Steve B

I cannot put into words the extra mile that Ross was prepared to go. It was a very emotional move for my elderly mother after her partner died. Lee at Hizzy property, sold for us a property that we inherited from my late father in law. Everything was clearly explained to us from the start. Hizzy property have just dealt with a very long and complicated sale for us. Lee and the team always kept us up to date with what was happening. I like the way they use A WhatsApp group to confirm viewings, give feedback and generally communicate with you as a client. However, if you need to speak to Lee or the team in person they always call you back in a reasonable time, if not available. To say Hizzy were a great choice of estate agent would be an understatement. We had what can only be described as a complicated house sale and Lee and the team supported us every single step of the way! The reason we chose to use Hizzy was to do with how much care and attention was put into the houses they advertised and we certainly found this to be the case for us. Lee showcased our house in a way through the marketing and photos did it justice and were not at all misleading! It meant we had a large number of viewings and had accepted an offer within 2 weeks of it going live. When we started to run into complications of the sale, Lee and the team went above and beyond to help us even though they didn’t have to help! They have been extremely supportive and kept us in the loop every step of the way! They are not what you would class as a traditional estate agent which is why you should choose them whether you are selling or buying a property. There was no hidden loopholes, they were open and honest throughout and we certainly made the right decision in choosing them! We can’t thank you enough or recommend them highly enough!

We changed our agent to Hizzy after seeing the excellent photography and videos they were producing for properties on their website and via social media. We were not disappointed with the results. The buyers of our property had viewed online with our previous agent but didn’t find our property appealing enough to view. After looking at the professional photography that Hizzy had arranged, they decided to view and the rest is history. The fee we were charged was very competitive and we saved almost £3000 compared to what our original agent would have charged on the sale. Hizzy were representing the sellers of the house that we fell in love with. We met Lee on our first viewing and were instantly relaxed, he wasn't a pushy salesman, instead he let us take our time looking round and let the property do all the talking. From then on, Hizzy have been a pleasure to deal with. They put us into direct contact with our sellers which meant that we were always in the loop and we could more easily resolve any of the little bumps that come with every conveyancing transaction. All that's left to do for us is to pick up the keys! I would highly recommend Hizzy, and especially Lee, to anyone looking to buy a house. We aren't planning to look for another property for some time, but when we do - we will be sure to return to Hizzy again.

Lee and his team were fantastic from the word go, Lee was prompt and from the very 1st meeting was full of good advice and clearly showed a lot of knowledge regarding the state of the market.
