We have just completed on a sale and purchase with Hizzy and I honestly don’t think 5 stars justifies just how good these guys are. It was a slightly longer process than we had hoped for with various things cropping up during the process, all out of Hizzy’s control I may add but Ross was always there trying to solve these things and move the process forwards always having a positive attitude which helped us immensely. The whole process from the very initial phone call and with Lee coming to value our property to Ross handing us the keys to our new home we felt like we were being looked after by a professional team who were very friendly, honest and we felt like nothing was ever too much for these guys. They regularly kept us updated with progress and offered loads of advise from their broad range of knowledge which again when we were getting down about the whole process really helped us pick up the motivation again. I think the number of reviews for Hizzy just goes to show how good these guys are, although they are a professional team with a wealth of experience and knowledge which is clear from the start they almost feel like they are part of the family throughout the process and I now find it a little strange not seeing Ross’s name pop up on my phone. We appreciate all that team Hizzy have done for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone who is looking to sell their home or purchase one with them. We were fortunate to find an amazing property that had just been put on the market and to secure it we had to move fast. Having been involved in property before we have dealt with many agents. We wanted to sell our house quickly and not just have it on the market at an unrealistic price. After doing some research we realised there was only one agency to use and that was Hizzy. I cannot recommend Team Hizzy highly enough. This is the second time we’ve used their services for a house sale and from start to finish they were exceptional. Lee, Ross and Regan go above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. From start to finish Hizzy have always been there helping and offering us advice on selling my late fathers property. From the initial video, handling all the viewings to WhatsApp chats, and keeping me up to date. There were many ups and downs, but they were always very supportive throughout. I don’t quite know where to start to sing the praises of Hizzy. They went above and beyond anything I could expect and completely wiped away any stereotypes I had of estate agents.From the moment Lee looked at our house, we knew we wanted Hizzy to sell out house. He genuinely cared about our property and took a long time speaking to us and finding out how best to market our property. They then produce some quality pictures and added in a bespoke video that really sold the good points of our house. This was very important, especially during the pandemic. Our viewings and point of contact then became Ross, who went above and beyond managing everything. We were constantly kept in the loop and provided advice whenever we needed it. Nothing was a chore and once again it was so nice having someone that genuinely cared about us and our property. He wanted to ensure we got the best service. Once the house was sold, there was continuous communication and we often found that Ross was the one pushing the sale forward communicating between all the solicitors and other estate agents. Just by having a little interaction with the other estate agents you can see why Hizzy are well respected. You aren’t just another number to them, they genuinely care and take all the stress out of selling your house.
