I cannot begin to thank Lee & Ross enough. Selling my home of 25 years wasn’t an easy decision to make, I felt very unsure about the whole process. Lee explained everything to me about how Hizzy works and their ethos. I was quite open about my apprehension in putting my home on the market but was told that they would hold my hand all the way through . Ross went above & beyond in supporting me, he even came round to help me fill in paperwork for the Solicitor when I felt uncertain & has constantly been a moral support . Lee & Ross really did ‘Hold My Hand’ all the way through and I would 100% recommend them especially if you are going through this process alone .

Lee dealt with the sale of my parents’ property. He provided an absolutely outstanding service, he was pro-active, responsive to requests, queries, and always responded promptly and efficiently. Things certainly would not have gone so smoothly without his support and advice. He dealt with my elderly parents with respect and clarity, and always explained things fully. If Lee was not in the office (annual leave) then Ross was equally supportive and helpful. Wonderful service, can’t praise them enough, they went above and beyond our expectations.

After a disastrous first encounter with a well known high Street Estate agent both my husband and I had lost all faith in the process of dealing with Estate agents. This changed immediately on dealing with Hizzy Estate agents, Ross was so welcoming and friendly from the moment he showed us our potential new home ( which we later brought) He allowed us time to explore and advised us to visit again with our family to see if we still felt the same. All dealings with both Ross and Lee were handled by them both professionally and with empathy and at no time showed any pushiness or impatience ( even when I was in floods of tears at times) We had a long and convoluted journey in the process of our purchase due to circumstances beyond anyone's control but at all times we were kept informed and updated and on finally completing last week Ross handed us the keys with a genuine smile ....none of the falseness we had previously encountered by the agents that sold our home. I would highly recommend Hizzy Estate agents...they go above and beyond during the process of assisting you on your journey.

My wife and I recently sold our house through Hizzy Property and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Ross provided a realistic valuation and the team communicated clearly throughout, mainly via WhatsApp which made everything very easy. Although the sale took longer than we had hoped due to issues at the bottom of the chain, none of which were within Hizzy Property’s control, Ross kept us updated and did everything he could to keep the process moving. The house was empty for a period and the team kindly kept an eye on it for us to make sure everything remained in order. We have now both bought and sold a property through Hizzy Property and have had a great experience on both occasions. Highly recommended.

As someone who has spent the last 20 years within estate agency I feel qualified to comment on our experience with Hizzy Property in the sale of our home in the current challenging market. From our first contact with Lee and Ross it was very clear their priority is to provide an above level of customer service and professionalism. The marketing price they suggested was a fair representation of the market conditions which is refreshing when compared to other agents who only wish to massage vendors expectations with prices that are frankly, unrealistic. The property details were superb and a nice touch is the informal video tour giving a taster online to prospective buyers. They arranged several quality viewings and it wasn’t long before a sale was agreed. Quite often, it’s the progression of a sale once agreed that can let an agent down but Ross kept us fully updated with progress and we felt confident that the sale would reach a successful completion, which it did. I can certainly recommend speaking to Lee, Ross and Verity if you are considering selling or buying. Well done to everyone at Hizzy Property.
