GoogleQuite frankly, the only Estate Agent I would use! Having been recommended Hizzy the previous time I moved, I had no hesitation in asking for their help again with our recent move. Other agents asked me, why are you using Hizzy when they are not even local to you now? My reply was that I was so impressed with them during my last move, and so disappointed with my interactions with other agents that for me there was no question that they were the best match for what I needed. With Lee at the start of the process giving an open, honest appraisal of what price to market our house, followed by preparation of great photos and details of the house that showed he had listened to what I saw as the selling points. Additional pics using a drone really showed the plot and gave potential buyers all the info they needed. On the other side of the process, the great service provided by Ross, keeping all parties up-to-date, listening with patience at the frustration felt by the process, providing realistic estimates of timescales and helping me keep my feet on the ground and chasing other agents and solicitors for information and progress. Honestly, don't even consider another Estate Agent. Hizzy are the Estate Agent you need. 😍

GoogleWe opted to use Hizzy off the back of a glowing recommendation from a friend; even with that in mind, they exceeded our expectations in every sense. The marketing of our property was first class whilst the care and attention we received was excellent throughout as the team constantly went above and beyond what was expected of them. The biggest compliment we can pay them though is that during an expensive moving process, we don’t begrudge a penny of the highly competitive cut Hizzy took - they earned it all. If we use an estate agent again, we will unquestionably be returning to Hizzy.
We are very passionate about what we do here at Hizzy, and when we see a review like yours it definitely makes it all worth while, it was a real pleasure to help such a lovely family get moved, all the best Ashley and Sally from us all here at Hizzy.

It’s been a long drawn out, stressful process - through no fault of Hizzy - and they have supported us all the way through doing everything they could to help. They responded immediately to all my communication and lost no time in chasing up the necessary individuals. I dealt mostly with Ross who was brilliant but equally Lee and Regan make a wonderful team. I don’t intend to go through this again any time soon but if I do it will definitely be Hizzy I call on.
