Slightly over due review but wow what can I say hizzy estate agents from the start to the very end were amazing Polite , professional, quick at getting matters sorted and never ever pushy or made me feel uncomfortable . Buying our first home in a pandemic was very stressful to say the least but Lee and the guys at hizzy were always at the end of the phone to offer reassurance and help . This is the first estate agents that I have come across that I felt truly cares and they deserve every Success that comes there way . The best customer service I have ever received across any industry. I work for a rival estate agent outside of Hadleigh so it is difficult to praise another agent, but when the guys at Hizzy work like they do it's even harder not to praise them. Ross, Lee and Regan have been amazing from the begining to the end and even worked backwards and forward through my chain to get things sorted that were not their problems to deal with. I wish everyone had this sort of work ethic, without these guys I am certain I would still be trying to move house and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and polite attitude even when I was stressed and difficult. If you need your house sold or are looking at buying just to go these guys and don't bother with anyone else there's no point Hizzy is the best why go anywhere else? PS. Purple bricks was probably the biggest waste of human life I have ever seen. But nice to see both ends of the spectrum with Hizzy. Having lived in my property for 45 years I was apprehensive with preconceived concerns about working with an Estate Agent. However, working with the Hizzy Team made me reassess any apprehensions or anxieties I had as they provided brilliant service and had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process. I felt they were all working with me on the sale and purchase of the properties. From initial contact through to completion Hizzy have been faultless. The pictures and video of my property were extremely high quality. I was consistently updated with viewings and provided with feedback after each viewing. Once a sale was agreed I was still constantly updated with the progress all the way through to completion. As the buyer of a property, I felt Hizzy provided outstanding service. They were really responsive with calls and emails - usually called straight back. Helped with the chain buy organising temporary accommodation for the vendor such that we could move in before Christmas. FANTASTIC company. We are so pleased we changed estate agents to go with Hizzy, Lee came round and not once did he push us he just gave us advice of what we could do to sell the house. He was so cheerful and very approachable, he took great photos of our house and garden and made the description of the house sound like somewhere you would want to live. We had constant viewings and feedback was always given. Hizzy uses WhatsApp which is great rather than having to ring all the time. Lee has kept us up to date at all times always responded to WhatsApps and phone calls straight away. Found out information for us from other estate agents (it was a long chain). I really can’t recommend Hizzy enough. Watch out other estate agents Hizzy is definitely number 1!

I am not surprised to see so many Hizzy boards going up around Ipswich. This was my 5th house move and these are easily the best estate agents I've come across. They work really long hours, you can ring and talk to them or get a prompt reply to your emails anytime, day or evening. It is a really efficient, friendly, personal, helpful and sympathetic service. When my house purchase stalled, Hizzy was responsible for getting the process moving again. Without them my move would have been so much later. If I ever need to sell a house again I would definitely use them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Very good advice at selling our house quickly. Good at communicating with us via whatsapp. Always willing to listen to everything big or small. Took photographs which complimented the property and got people through the door for viewings. Much better than another company that we used at the same time. We showed people around our home ourselves which seemed to work very well and buyers liked a lot because we could answer all the questions they had. Took three moths to sell our property with Hizzy. Very good at the legal side too in contacting our solicitor and keeping in contact with us as we were in the process of doing contracts and exchanging keys on day of move.

Friendly and helpful, good balance of remaining in contact without pressuring from the offset. Once an offer was made there was constant proactive ‘value add’ navigation throughout making it as painless as these things ever are. I would very happily buy or sell property through them again.
