The staff at Winkworth have been amazing through the whole process of selling our property. Love the way the viewings are sent through on text messages, love the prompt and courteous feedback and especially love the way the staff remained calm, supportive and professional from start to finish. Excellent service and I would highly recommend!

Bournemouth branch , avoid , no customer service Advertised a property that wasn’t available, then tried to tell me a three bed property was no big enough for a couple and 2 children ? When I call them they say the property is not available Awful service do not trust your property with these people
Dear Mr Attwater. We are always disappointed to receive feedback such as yours and therefore the matter has been looked into. It appears that you enquired about the property 4 days after it came to the market however the office responded to your enquiry within 10 minutes of receiving it on Saturday morning at 8.29am. The team asked for more information from you regarding your personal requirements which was accommodation for 4 adults but unfortunately someone in the interim put in an application and offer for the property, and the team had to inform you that the property was not suitable for 4 adults. As you are aware, rental property can be in short supply and therefore demand can be equally very high; as it was in the case of this property. I am sorry that you were not successful on this occasion however it appears that the office acted appropriately given the high demand for the property in such a short timescale.

My experience of 5 years tenancy with Winkworth Hackney improved dramatically in the last 2/3 years. the team that took over our tenancy was always very prompt and focus on solving issues. As a first time buyer, and having been previously let down by another Estate Agents, I was very apprehensive about buying. However, once I met Thomas, this anxiety completely disappeared. He was extremely helpful, understanding, professional, knowledgeable on the local area, a great communicator and gave me great advice. Nothing was ever too big or small for Thomas and he always got back to me with the questions I had asked and explained everything in layman's terms - with a lot of patience for my questions too! Winkworth Bow - avoid at all costs. Please look at the Google reviews before you work with this branch. Why the management of Winkworth don't see an issue with this is beyond me. We are currently in the process of raising with the Property Ombudsman and would avoid at all costs.

I had a seemingly not so easy property to sell and matters made considerably worse by the Covid Pandemic. Other agencies hadn't managed to get the sale pre pandemic so I went to Winkworth.From the outset I felt I was in good hands. Super professional and always available to discuss ideas or ease any anxiety through a hugely difficult time. Gurdeep, Andrew & Raf recognised the quality of the property and know their client base so well that they managed to generate a considerable amount of interest and ultimately ended up selling the property for over the asking price. Important to note that this always felt like a team working together to find the best option for me and I have no doubt that it would have been the same for the other side.I'm not based in the UK but knowing I had the this team managing the whole process was amazing. I am hugely grateful to the Winkworth Team and will certainly be working with them again.

Shilpa & Kevin are a great asset to Winkworth. I am sure my purchase, which was linked to a sale elsewhere, would not have been possible without them. They liaised with solicitors on both sides of the sale and were able to get it over the line with little fuss.
