GoogleWe got Lauren & James to help us to rent our house for the first time. They were incredibly organized in keeping us informed about all necessary paperwork’s and inspections and took all the burden off us, from arranging vendors to viewings - with extra explanations for us who were completely ignorant about renting properties. The whole process from photography (including virtual tour video) to making a listing and arranging viewing took about a week in total, which was thoroughly impressive. We had to change our condition after a series of viewings, and they handled the situation so smoothly which we were grateful for. I feel it’s the dedication and professionalism that make all the difference working with Wild & Co as it’s an independent business. I’d definitely recommend!

We sold our flat with Wild & Co and we can’t recommend them highly enough! We got quotes from other estate agents, but felt early on that we wanted to go with James as he was local and so knowledgeable about the area, and he understood what made our flat special. As expected, James turned out to be an absolutely first-rate estate agent, guiding us through the process, providing us with enormous amounts of support and advice when things got a little hairy (as they often do! Selling - and buying- a house can be a fraught process!), and just being an all-round reassuring presence throughout. Don’t hesitate in hiring them - you won’t regret it!
