As someone not familiar with Hackney he's really shown me the area well and helped me find the right property for me and my circumstances. Wild and Co provided excellent service when I was selling a four bed maisonette in Hackney. They were really quick in finding perspective buyers and had the flat sold quickly. There was a delay from the buyers end and they were excellent about following up with them to ensure there was no further delay. Would highly recommend.

James went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase of our first home. Not only was he an honest and trustworthy agent, he went to great lengths to help mediate a strained relationship between solicitors. Without his assistance, I'm not sure the purchase would have happened.

GoogleGreat start didn't last. Flat sale fell through after 5 months. James unaware so we had to inform him along with the reason - buyer not wanting a leasehold property! All after he would not take our concerns seriously or consider other buyers.

I’m very sorry you were unhappy with our service and felt we did not take your concerns seriously. The buyer was fully aware the flat was leasehold and her offer was always subject to the lease being extended and approved and you agreed to this. We understood your concerns but advised that there were valid concerns about the lease and other buyers would be likely to seek similar amendments. Your solicitors were responsible for negotiating a new lease with the freeholders; this took some time and when finalised, the terms of the new lease were not acceptable to the buyer. She withdrew her offer through her solicitors and we were not kept informed. I hope you have been successful in selling your property.
