James managed my property for 3 years and then sold it for me. In both cases he was exemplary, offering immediate and thorough service, problem-solving any tenant issues, finding extremely low quotes and utilizing his extensive network of tradesmen. Which bearing in my mind I was living abroad was an absolute godsend. When it came to selling my house, he again provided the best price, arranged multiple viewings and sold it quickly and for a good price - which considering the market, was another godsend.In short, go with James, he's the best!

I could honestly not be happier with the service given to me. As a first time buyer I was ready to be wary of estate agents but throughout my transaction the whole team gave me absolutely no reason to be. Everyone was helpful, straightforward and flexible. I am a first time buyer and had an offer accepted just before lockdown. My surveyor couldn’t get in as planned until the market opened up again and the fact that I have managed to exchange today feels like a small miracle, with Wild & Co being open and reassuring in their communication over the last few months. Thank you and thank you again.

We purchased a property through Wild and Co, worst experience we ever had with an estate agent, lied and shouted at me because of his incompetence. We ended up being in touch directly with the sellers to avoid having to talk to the estate agent ever again. Avoid at all costs.

I’m sorry your experience with Wild & Co. wasn’t what you wanted, although we do seem to have a different view of what happened in this case. You will appreciate that Wild & Co. were acting for the sellers and not for you as a purchaser. However, we always aim to be helpful and polite to everyone and we don’t accept that a member of staff shouted at you during this process.Our property details were provided in line with information obtained from the vendors. After you made an offer, you discovered that the planning permission you needed was not yet in place and you let us know you were unhappy through your phone call. You then decided to discuss the planning application directly with the vendors, which they were happy to do. The issues have since been resolved and you have continued on to a successful purchase.
