GoogleThis lettings team have not been useful at all. I have attempted to contact them for help and have not received any help. They are a very slow service with very little advice.

GoogleFairly swift service but a bit more communication internally would have been good. They also don't cater the submission / referral system particularly well to business owners, more geared toward employees.
Hi Dan, we understand the referencing process can be a bit more complicated if you are a Director of your own company. We are looking to improve our system and customer journey to ensure it is clearer that you need to supply a chartered accountants reference, tax return or open banking in this scenario.
