Worst support from Keatons Tenancy Coordination team. I left a property that I rented through Keatons in Dec 2023 and it’s been 2 months now, I haven’t received my deposit back. Sad part is the reply that I get back from Keatons tenancy team is “yes will get back to you” but they never come back on their own, until you send them an email. Keatons property management team is brilliant but I am seriously not happy with the Tenancy Coordination team. The money that goes into securing deposits is quite a lot so a timely return of the money will always help the tenant!

A seamless renting process. Billy was very helpful and quick to reply. The documents and referencing section was quite long compared to previous experiences but from viewing the property to having everything completed, it still only took 1 week.

The team, led by Oscar Pace, communicated clearly and effectively all the time - providing a lot of good information and, when asked, recommendations for action. The current tenant delayed his intended departure and the team pivoted well, starting the process anew when the originally approved new tenant could not wait until the later move in date, and found an excellent replacement very quickly.

GoogleNick and Kane were closely involved in all aspects of our sale, and responsive by phone, email and in person. We were selling at a tough time for market valuations, which complicated matters, but Keatons remained open to discussing our options; and were able and willing to be involved in communications with the other estate agent in our 'chain.' I would work with them again.

I would like to give a 5 star review to Daisy Johnson for her excellent work sorting out a boiler issue at my rented flat.The boiler manufacturer had seemed reluctant to accept that work to repair the boiler would be covered under warranty. Daisy put in the extra effort to provide various documents which confirmed that the warranty was valid and I am pleased to see that the boiler has now been repaired.I appreciate the effort Daisy.Andrew
