I absolutely love the service provided by Gemma Lettings agent. The agent helped us to close the deal quickly without any delays. They even assisted us in moving in on a Sunday which is not something other agents typically offer. It has been over six months since we started renting and unfortunately, there have been a couple of issues with the property. However, I appreciate the quick response and assistance of Pamela, the property manager. She is always willing to address and resolve problems promptly. Overall, I am grateful for their help.

We’ve been working with Macey from Fraser’s and Co to secure a beautiful property. Macey has been great to work with. We’re new to the Uk so she supported us through the offer and referencing process really well! Thanks Macey!

Nick was very dishonest. Not the best experience - very shady agent. Showed interest in a property in Lewisham. Was told it is so popular that they had to remove it from the market. Comes out, In a week’s time, no one arranged any visits. Property been added and removed multiple times. Finally managed to book a viewing. Never received offer form, during the call caught agent lying about offer being placed already to the landlord. You can feel deceitful behaviour from the start Very disappointed. Nick didnt really know much about the property either, provided incorrect information whilst obvious was in front of us during the visit. also tried to persuade in putting extra price in the offer due to how popular it was? Things turned out catching him lying on the phone and im glad we didnt go with it.Very dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend

Couldn’t be happier :)

Omid has been absolutely amazing from the day he showed us the first viewing till today. We feel confident in all options he has brought to us and he has continued to support us after sales too. We hope to work with Omid again on our next property. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Gemma during my recent move to Shoreditch and I can't recommend her services enough. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, even responding to queries over the bank holiday weekend, to make the viewing and offer process stress-free from start to finish. Throughout the viewing and negotiation process, she provided valuable insights and guidance, which helped me make an informed decision on the rental property. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Gemma. Her expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanour make her and Frasier & Co. an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy lettings agent in London.

I had a very positive experience working with Pamela and Gemma while looking for a one-bedroom apartment. Pamela provided all the necessary information, answered my questions, and helped resolve some payment-related issues. Gemma showed me the apartment I ended up renting and explained my options for the rental period. Throughout the process, I didn’t feel rushed, and everything was handled efficiently. Within a week, I was able to move into my new apartment. Overall, the process was straightforward and well-managed.
