Quick and quality service. Tim and Lauren have been on top of everything. I requested a viewing with 2h notice, as I was leaving the city for 10 days for work, and they made it happen. Super grateful as the flat was exactly hat I was looking for. I suggested a house improvement, on top of some maintenance works they were already taking care of, and they met a deal with the landlord within a couple of days. They have been taking care of the flat that I'm renting for many years (which is already a good sign). These guys are superb. Prompt, professional, kind, courteous and honest. Tim showed us a round our place and was knowledgeable, we put an offer in straight away and the whole process was fast, efficient and easy. Even when i asked some last minute questions they were quick to respond (even outside office hours). Legit couldnt be happier with the place and the job they've done. Would highly recommend them to help you find a place. Despite what Tim states below, they offered us an extra year at a reduced rate (clearly we were good tenants). The one star review is as a result of a classic attempt to make up exit charges for tenants - £60 for cleaning an empty freezer drawer. Good for landlords bad for tenants!

Fantastic agents not afraid to put in extra work. The agent was incredibly patient and ridiculously good natured when I was 45min late to our first viewing. Great team there ! Finally an agency managed by humans vs others that are only focused on making the most commissions. I entered by chance in the agency, described what i was looking for and within 10 min, they had one idea for me which was a flat not yet on the market. It worked perfectly... So we signed the tenancy agreement within 2 weeks. As they manage the flat , they are very reactive to fix things (e.g. I had a leakage on day one, which was fixed within 3 days)...
