GoogleAmazing service, I was buying a flat from someone who was selling via Courtney’s - some of the best service I’ve experienced. Tim from Courtney’s was the only person in the process I wasn’t paying, but definitely worked harder than anyone I was! Wouldn’t have happened without their help and input. Knowledgeable, lovely and patient people. Can’t recommend them high enough. Will definitely use them in the future when the time comes to sell.
Hi Oliver. Thanks for the lovely review. It was such a pleasure dealing with you too and from all the team here at Courtneys we wish you all the best in your lovely new home!

GoogleFound a fantastic apartment through Courtney's, when we originally went there our first showings for their flats on the market weren't up to our expectations as we were looking for something more upmarket. Jack helped revised their showings and found us an apartment which fulfilled every one of our expectations for the price we were looking for the very next week and better than anything we had seen by other agents for a similar price. The reference and move in process was smooth and they even left us a bottle of wine and a box of ferrero rocher.
We thank you very much for your very kind words Sudheer. We look forward to continue being of service to you regarding your tenancy.

GoogleI had heard so many nightmare stories about letting agents before moving to London from the US but when I found Courtneys they were so amazingly helpful with all the logistics of getting a flat in London. They were super patient while I was figuring out how to open a bank account when I first got here and helped me figure out the utilities and council tax situation as well. I highly recommend looking for your flat through Courtney's Estate Agents!

GoogleGreat service from Courtneys, prompt to reply, clear about terms and not too salesy. Good communication during the offer period. They also made a great effort to accomodate my cat and had a pet clause written into the tenancy agreement. They even left her some cat toys as a welcome gift! I'd definitely use them again.

GoogleSanjiv find a flat with our requirements extremely quickly. He has been a good professional through out the process: transparent in terms of fees and payments, good communication during the renting process and efficient. We got a bottle of wine and chocolates the day we moved in and he had been in touch to make sure everything is ok even he doesn't manage the property. I will absolutely recommend him.
