You were very rude to begin with and your enquiry was very lengthy and it was simply picking our brains about property values of a property you were maybe going to buy via another agent. As a matter of principle, we do not engage with rude clients.

Kate, As explained to your partner Dominic Grocott (below), we were appalled at the level of cleanliness you left the flat in (where you were both desperately and hopelessly trying to clean the flat when we arrived for the checkout) and we therefore had no option but to engage our own cleaners. You both moaned at their reasonable cost for this so in good faith, we persuaded our cleaners to reduce their fee (which you begrudgingly agreed to). We are happy to see the back of both of you.👋🏼

Hi Constantinos. It’s a real shame that you felt the need to leave this review. You will recall that we told you and your partner Eduardo that our professional cleaners would have to visit to clean the parts of the flat that you admitted that you’d missed as you had rushed the clean yourselves (we had attached numerous photos for your reference which you acknowledged). Their charge for this was £85 plus vat which you had agreed in writing to be deducted from your deposit where the balance was then duly returned to you promptly via the DPS. The team@Courtneys
