We completed on the sale of our house very recently (under very testing circumstances). Tim and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept the sale alive on more than one occasion due to their pragmatic approach and their regular updates. If you are looking sell in the hackney area, I highly recommend their services.

Recently started renting a flat from Courtney’s agency with my flat mate and we’ve had such a smooth and positive experience, from the first flat viewing done amazingly by Andre who had all the information we needed and helped us secure the flat we loved, to Greta helping us through all of our paper work. The team is so lovely, professional and helpful. Not to mention our lovely flat, which they had paid attention to every detail, everything looked modern, fresh and new in an amazing area! Best experience with an agency renting so far. 100% reccomend

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! The team at Courtneys were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They kept me updated every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had. It’s rare to find an estate agent that’s both efficient and personable, but Courtneys nailed it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in East London!

Genuinely the best letting agents I’ve ever dealt with. Great communication throughout and super helpful, Tim was always on hand to answer our questions and made the whole process very easy and smooth. Tim seems to care about the experience you have as a renter and it shows and a little house warming gift was also very appreciated! Can’t recommend enough.
