Tim and Chloe were a dream to deal with. They explained the whole letting process in great detail from the outset and managed my expectations expertly (I'm a first time landlord). Everything happened as they said it would and most importantly they found a lovely couple for my flat and everything is going smoothly with the management too. Real attention to detail by the whole team. As a landlord (or tenant) you will not be disappointed.

We recently let our house through Courtneys and i have to say it was a very easy, straightforward and amazingly stress free experience thanks to Tim and his knowledge and professionalism. He was friendly and honest and managed our expectations right from the beginning. He lined up several interested parties in the first week and advised us on how to choose the right tenant for our property. We let it in that first week. Communication was excellent and they kept us updated all the time. In fact the whole process went so smoothly that I would use them again for future property dealings. I am happy to recommend Courtneys to anyone looking for a good estate agent.

Tim provided an outstanding letting service. He gave sound appraisals of prospective tenants, provided detailed background checks and was always direct, honest and easy to work with. He really goes out of his way to make sure clients are happy. The value for money I got with Courtneys was fantastic compared with other letting agencies that have bigger names but whose service is more bureaucratic, less agile and less personalised. I highly recommend Tim who has been in the business for a long time, is an experienced landlord himself and has really sound judgement. It was a relief to work with somebody who takes care of your property as if it were their own. I highly recommend Courtneys and would certainly work with them again.

Courtneys Estate Agents is a perfect example of what an estate agents should be. I have rented out two properties with Courtneys (one residential and one commercial) and both times I received excellent service. Sanjiv managed the process of leasing my commercial property expertly every step of the way and made my job as landlord so much easier. Sanjiv also done an excellent job (along with Tim and Anna) in getting my residential property rented. Anna is doing an excellent job currently managing my residential property. In short, I highly recommended Courtneys.

Farooq has been immensely helpful and accommodating when it came to our requirements for a new rented flat. Very professional level of service and always on call when necessary. We managed to find the right place with him, he's helped us get the best deal possible and he's been super helpful in terms of viewing times that suited us, even on weekends. The whole move-in was made a doddle and as a super nice gesture, he even got us a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates - nice touch indeed! Highly recommend Courtneys Estates and Farooq!

I approached Courtneys Estate Agents who had been very successfully managing my property for the past 11 years to assist me with the sale of my apartment. With the help of the friendly team there and particularly 2 people Tim and Farooq we managed to achieve the sale and also carefully manage through these tricky times financially the completion of the sale. There were a few times in the process where I was wandering if we were going to manage to seal this deal but knowing that the team were working round the clock on every small detail put my mind at ease and also assisted me throughout the whole process. So, if you are looking for a team that goes beyond what is required of them then please do get Courtneys to assist you with the let or sale of your property, you will be very impressed.

I had previously appreciated the role Courtneys had played when buying my property so it was an easy decision to choose them for the sale now. I wasn't disappointed and the sale progressed smoothly and to the agreed schedule. I was especially grateful that Tim and Andre kept me regularly informed of progress and responded to my queries very quickly.

We recently signed for a rental property in Dalston and we can’t recommend Courtneys enough. Tim’s communication was excellent and made us feel very reassured right from the initial viewing until we picked up the keys a few months later. As soon as our offer was accepted Tim set up a WhatsApp group with myself and my partner to update us on the timeline for moving in and any other important information. Tim at Courtneys is incredibly polite and positive, as well as detailed, and we can’t thank him enough for making our move feel smooth and easy!

Tim from Courtneys Estate Agents has been absolutely wonderful in helping us find and move into our new apartment, making us feel at home every step of the way. Tim made the process of moving in so easy & stress-free, with no question or request being too big or too small for Tim to attend to. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim from Courtneys to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Tim was amazing and kept us updated to make sure everything went smoothly throughout. Unlike many estate agents, Courtney’s leaves a gap between tenants to get handyman jobs done and to ensure a professional clean is actually done - this meant it was best prepared flat we have ever moved into!

I recently found a flat to rent through Courtneys, and they are now managing the let. Tim has been professional and helpful throughout - very responsive to queries on referencing, and amenable to discussion on contract terms. Since moving in, Courtneys have very quickly actioned some requests we made for minor repairs to the flat. I am confident that they will be easy to deal with throughout our tenancy.

The best estate agent experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I enquired about the property the process was simple, organised and fair. Tim showed us around and I really appreciated the way he handled the whole process. Everything was very thorough and done to a really high standard. I really feel that Tim wants the best for both landlord and tenant. Would absolutely recommend going through Courtney’s!

Tim was excellent. I bought a local flat and Tim was acting for the vendor. Tim ensured the sale process was as smooth and quick (2 months) as possible, which was a difficult job given the extra layer of complexity resulting from the vendor living abroad. Tim was always a pleasure to deal with, and i will use Tim if i need an agent in the future.
