Hayley has exceptional knowledge of the local market as well as of the lettings industry as a whole. She supported me in the transfer from a negligent agent. Hayley is professional and friendly, she was supportive to both myself and my tenants in what was a stressful transfer. I'm about to start working with the rest of her team and if they are anything like her I know everything will go smoothly.

Host did not show up despite several calls Left us stranded for 3 hrs Booking.com had to step in and we had to knock on bed and breakfast doors to get a room as we had a sho bookedThe area is NOT safe Drug dealings happening Dog muck covered the street were we parked we actually felt un safe 20 min walk to the tower Very run down area Avoid at all costs

Despite being 'old school' landlords, we were curious in the new type generation of letting, provided by Accommodation. We asked numerous questions which Howard answered without flinching :DDespite, other interested Letting Agents, we opted for accommodation and are not disappointed! The process was quick, seamless and we were always kept informed. At all times Howard and Scott have been pleasant and professional. My experience with Accomodation has been very different to all other estate agents - they’re easy to communicate with 24/7, and my agent Helen was so helpful for anything I needed before tenants moved in. She found tenants in a short time space and was efficient with managing viewings and offers. I would absolutely recommend using them, it has massively reduced the stress of the experience!

As a first time landlord, I spent time researching each letting agent, conducting interviews, scouring reviews and services. I came across accommodation.co.uk or more specifically Charlotte the local letting agent for West Midlands, as a result of a recommendation from a contact at Purple Bricks. From the get go, Charlotte was professional, informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. Charlotte was very knowledgeable in her field and provided me with a realistic lettings valuation that proved to me that she wasn't willing to provide an unrealistic valuation just to get the business (beware of these shady practices from other estate agents). Now that Charlotte has got my property tenanted, the management side has been handed over to the property management department at accommodation.co.uk who so far have kept up the standard set by Charlotte. Though this review maybe a little premature as I have yet to fully experience the management side of accommodation.co.uk, I can say that the letting service on offer was superb and I had to leave a review for the fact that Charlotte did such a great job.For any other landlords in the West Midlands area, you are in good hands if you choose Charlotte as your local letting agent.Thank you for all your help Charlotte and I look forward to working with you again in the future.**Update 25/11/21**Still having a great experience with Accomodation.co.uk. I have been with them for 9 months now. They conducted a 6 monthly assessment as promised. My property was previously managed by a guy called Richard, who was doing a great job, and it has since transferred to Chelsea who is doing an excellent job of communicating, and making sure the tenants and I are both happy. A problem recently arose at the property so I had them send out one of their contractors and Chelsea ensured I was updated, provided images, and considered during the process, which is all you can ask for. They quickly identified the source of the problem and who was liable for the cost (tenant) and have acted accordingly.

Do not go for this letting agency. It is a fraud agency especially they act partial towards migrants while returning deposits. You will have to go to legal route if you need your deposit if you want it back.

Myself and my partner registered interest in a rent to buy apartment. We were back and forth communicating with Barbara and Brooke regarding this. It was quite a lengthy process for us due to changes in work and documents being out of date. However, Barbara and Brooke continued to push for us. They went above and beyond to get us in to the apartment we wanted and we will be forever grateful! Thanks to the speed and competence of accomodation.co.uk and of the local agent Andy Davies of Swansea, my property was let out within a week of advertisement and, most important, to the kind of tenants I wanted. Prior to that Andy and I had discussed matters thoroughly, he and his wife Kath visited the property and pointed out things that had to be fixed, having in mind both my own interests and the tenants' protection.

The agent Troy was great. Helpful, friendly and professional. He responded quickly to my inquiries and helped run through different options. I had problems with room availability and listings which were on the website that where no longer available which made the process more stressful. However in these circumstances Troy was understanding, pro-active and offered potential alternatives as well as taking steps to inform other members of their team that some of the listings were no longer accurate. The whole process for me was a mixed bag, but I always felt that Troy was in my corner and doing his best to make the process as easy as possible.
