Super agent Troy making your booking a great experience from start & throughout the stay

If you are one of the lucky ones and are dealing with the agent Troy you will be certain to be in good hands. Troy is 100% customer experience centric in his approach and manners.I was looking for a temporary accommodation for a few months after selling my house and found this dog friendly accommodation in the centre of Dublin city. Troy has helped with all questions I had in relation to the accommodation and has followed up with timely responses and offered additional help to ensure all my 'work from home' requests where met as good as possible with 100% transparency in what is possible and what not - I felt I could trust Troy moved into the complex and got what we agreed on. side note: also the booking system that this company uses is flawless and 100% automated which was a great time saver for me.

Moving apartment right now it’s just extremely complicated and quite frustrating. However I have been extremely lucky with Helen. She is amazing. A letting agent that actually delivers!!

We decided to use accommodation.co.uk for two of our properties (having just bought them), one in Manchester, the other in Liverpool.Helen (our agent) has honestly been amazing. In our opinion, she has gone out of her way to ensure as little hassle to us as possible, not to mention getting both properties let in Lockdown. We just feel she went above and beyond what we were expecting, and we really do feel their statement ‘Lettings made better for landlords’ is true!We have had some poor letting agents manage some of our properties in the past, which is why we thought, let’s try something different. Great frontline people.

Truly enjoyed working with Troy. He was very helpful and efficient. We able to connect quickly over the phone or via email. Troy made leasing arrangements process as simple as they can be. Front desk people has been also very helpful with guidance and assistance. Check-in was very simple. Dealing with entity responsible for financial background check was a little painful especially if you happen to be non-EU or UK resident. But again Troy assisted in smoothing things over.

I was recently looking for a student house to rent in Lincoln. Alicja was friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful! Before the viewing she kept in touch through text and call and constantly made sure I was informed and kept up to date about the future viewing, and when meeting her in person she was just as lovely! Whilst looking at the property, she was well informed and answered questions that we hadn’t even thought of. Highly recommend Helen Ball. At each stage of the process she has kept me informed. Viewing service very poor

I have been very disappointed with this Letting agent as the viewing service has been very poor. The apartment is unoccupied and I have arrived on two occasions with the lights left on until I next visited which can be up to 3 or 4 days. The apartment was also left with litter from the agent and the bathroom had not been tidied after use. I have removed my property from this company as I did not have any confidence in the viewing process which is of course is paramount to a successful let.

Amazing experience!

Me and my partner are first time renters and were unsure of the process but Dan from accommodation made it so easy. When we viewed the house Dan was in full PPE and supplied us with hand sanitiser. He showed us round the whole house and allowed us to view the rooms on our own but was there if we needed any questions answering.The online application process was simple and easy to complete with no issues. Dan kept in touch through phone throughout the process of our application being accepted. If I ever had any questions I would email Dan and he would reply within minutes. He was extremely helpful and even helped me get in contact with the current tenants and landlord to ask them various questions. I would recommend accommodation to any first time renters as the staff are super friendly and they make the experience simple and easy.

Unprofessional - very bad experience

I called to inquire about a property and was told that it's available but there is only one viewing slot left due to a very high demand. I booked the slot and received a confirmation email. When I arrived the agent wasn't there; I tried calling the phone-line but no one was picking up. I buzzed the flat that I was meant to view and the current tenant opened the door, very surprised. He told me that there were no viewings scheduled for that day and that he was not expecting anyone. I called the the hotline again and was told that the viewing has been cancelled and that I should have been informed by the agent - that was not the case, as I've never been sent a cancellation email or text message. I was not offered an alternative viewing date.My whole experience has been nothing but negative - the service is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Personable, Efficient and Professional

I was daunted by the prospect of being a first time landlady. From the outset Dan’s “can do” attitude and reassuring words calmed my scepticism. He provided a clear guide to his services and simplified the process. In less than a fortnight, Dan had secured suitable tenants (with all checks properly done) and they had moved in.
