Great customer service

Myself and my partner registered interest in a rent to buy apartment. We were back and forth communicating with Barbara and Brooke regarding this. It was quite a lengthy process for us due to changes in work and documents being out of date. However, Barbara and Brooke continued to push for us. They went above and beyond to get us in to the apartment we wanted and we will be forever grateful! They are both lovely people who were delighted to give us the good news that we had been waiting for. We cannot thank them enough for everything!

A thoroughly pleasant experience. Thanks to the speed and competence of accomodation.co.uk and of the local agent Andy Davies of Swansea, my property was let out within a week of advertisement and, most important, to the kind of tenants I wanted. Prior to that Andy and I had discussed matters thoroughly, he and his wife Kath visited the property and pointed out things that had to be fixed, having in mind both my own interests and the tenants' protection.

Very good and attentive

Dan was fantastic. It was our first time moving and as we were moving into the city centre and competition for properties was extremely high it was proving difficult with some inattentive agents. Dan was so transparent throughout the viewing and offer stage so we knew where we were at. Once we’d had our offer confirmed he was incredibly helpful, gave us all the information we needed and got back to us on any queries very quickly without having to be chased. Would definitely recommend using as a landlord or a renter for quick and efficient service.

Great chap, great service and great tenants

After having a bad experience with my previous agent, I won't mention their name but they are well known and the name starts with an 'F', I decided to try another agent. After meeting with several agents, along came David Conti from Accommodation. What a breathe of fresh air! Straight away I knew I wanted to go with David and Accommodation. He made me feel at ease and you can see he has a genuine interest in what you have to say and was very knowledgeable.From start to finish, David was there throughout the whole process. He even helped me on his day off as I couldn't get into my property and he travelled up to let me in. The tenants he has found are superb and the service has been first class from start to finish. I highly recommended David at Accommodation and he will be my go to agent from now on.

Amazing

Myself and my partner are first time renters coming from Student accomodation, we were worried that we would not find a place in time until we checked with Accomodation, they booked me a viewing 2 days after calling and signed the contract within a matter of days, Alicja has been with us all the way answering any questions and concerns and even fought for us to have a Cat when the landlord was reluctant. We signed for 1 year but we are sure we will be staying for longer.

Appalling customer service

I have been a tenant of Accommodation Lettings since December. I pay my rent on time and look after the property. Since moving in I have had to chase repeatedly for various issues to be resolved, which wastes both my time and the staff’s. Most recently I have been told two separate dates for a visit to sort out a maintenance issue and on both instances, no-one has shown up. Appalling customer service.

Company is good - referencing agency they use is not

Company is really quite good - the local partner I was in contact with was better than anyone else I had met. Unfortunately ‘Canopy’ the referencing company they use is not. Found it very difficult to satisfy them, despite me working for a big professional services firm they needed to know every last detail. For the guarantor it was hell, they request access to your bank account, 3 years prior statements etc. Also said their affordability was £300 when they earn over £100k… so incompetence maybe? Either way it’s not a great service. Oh, and they also sell your data to third parties so expect calls from random companies selling you stuff.

I booked an appointment online. Within a few hours I had George Quinn calling me and scheduling. Within a few days he came round, told us what our options were. Even was able to take professional photos of the house. Within a few days the documents were drafted and ready to sign. Images and info uploaded to all major websites. We had an open day and a had multiple visits and found the suitable tenants. George was friendly, reliable and always answered our questions and queries. Would 100 percent recommend George as your estate agent.

Imagine coming as a newcomer in this pandemic crisis with your family and children in a city where your flat is ready for you! I was able to finalizing the contract remotely. Accommodation.co.uk is the UK's best agent

I stumbled across Accommodation.co.uk on Rightmove, after being let down by several short-term let providers; I was very sceptical. I dealt with Scott G, the application processes was quick, easy, smooth and over in no time. Throughout my stay I had no issues, but Scott still checked in with me various times to make sure everything was okay.When it was time to leave, my courier let me down. I needed to extend my stay by a few days even though I had agreed a move out date. Scott went out of his way and sorted this out for me very quickly, it saved me alot of hassle and money; the alternative was to move into another apartment and pay the nightly fee! Finally, my deposit was returned in record time. I can't recommend this company enough and would use them again for sure! Scott also needs a raise/ Promotion.
