I have been renting my HMO property in London to Accomodation.co.uk. for 2yrs, within that time I have had zero issues. They have supplied me with quality tenants throughout who have been punctual with paying the rent, Accomodation.co.uk have always being punctual in passing the rent to me and also dealing with any repair issues that may arise. I would happily use this company again should I need an agent to run a property for me. Regards Peter

Before our tenancy started, we were told that our move in date was preferred to be the 6th of November. But it ended up being the 26th, with not much communication and the reply times were quite slow. However, since moving in the service from Chelsea and our landlord has been exceptional and things are going very well now.

I'm a first time landlord and George was very helpful and transparent in explaining the process to me. It took a little bit longer to find a tenant than I initially expected, but this was due to a lot of applicants not passing all the checks. In the end we found an excellent tenant and I feel very secure due to the strict vetting process.All-in-all the process has been very smooth and I would definitely recommend George and Accommodation.

Scott has been absolutely amazing with helping us find a property. From the first call we made all the way through to the move in date Scott was very helpful and was always an email away to answer any questions or queries we had. We were a little sceptical going into a short term rental in a serviced apartment, but Scott made the process very easy and we felt we were able to trust him from the very first interaction as we really felt that he was honest and wanted to help us find a property to move in to ASAP. We are now all moved in, and Scott has still been in contact to check how we are getting on. Couldn't fault this service and would 100% recommend Scott to anyone!

They Managed our property as if it personally belonged to each individual who handled our file at any given moment. We did not have to worry about any issues that an HMO has they would fix it.I loved the latest service of Ticketing the problemAn alert is sent to the Land Lord informing them of the problem at the property; this would help you to give consent to Accommodation to fix the problemMaz, the Manager is wonderful, kind, professional and higly competent. My property manager was a nightmare. Rude, totally unapproachable and made the whole experience a negative experience.I have rented tonnes in the past from other letting agencies and they had a lot more human decency than this companies property manager.Edit: The property manager Maz was removed from my case and a more human senior came to help. For this reason alone and someone’s simple understanding that I am not to just be treated like rubbish has encouraged me to change my rating from 1 star to 3 star. I still lost part of my deposit as well as random fees so most definately no 4 or 5 star deserved.

My local letting agent Hayley was experienced, knowledgeable about the local letting market, flexible, helpful, friendly, down to earth, quick and efficient and put no pressure on me to sign up after our initial meeting. She achieved a rent above my target and concluded the letting within a week. My only criticism of the process was that it was pretty clunky uploading information on the website which I had already given. As a landlord who has spent years dealing with conventional letting agents who expected me to sign up to terms entitling them to payments every year if I kept the tenants happy, Accommodation.co.uk has come as a revelation. I have saved a lot on agents fees and got a better result than I was quoted by conventional agents. I don't think I will be using a conventional agent again.
